We are looking for Finance Executive, who will be responsible for managing accounting entries, assisting in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivables, managing payments and overseeing the software system for financial needs.

Responsibilities
Managing all accounting entries in Tally.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.
Assist in monthly reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
Scrutinizing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data.
Managing the company s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs.
Highlighting any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company s financial document.
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when required.
Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures.




Supporting the team in proper documentation of necessary financial documents.

Qualifications
B.com in Accounting & Finance.

Skills
Work experience as an Accountant.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally and SAP.
Advanced Excel skills like Vlookup and Pivot tables.
Experience with General ledger functions.
Robust attention to detail and positive analytical skills.
