Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical, corporate, and site-level positions. The role requires robust sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and candidate management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
Coordinate with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements.
Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases,



and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of critical and bulk hiring requirements.

Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
15 - 20 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Solid experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and recruitment targets simultaneously.
Candidates with experience in Engineering, Power, Oil & Gas, EPC, Manufacturing, or Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
