Project Manager Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take end-to-end ownership of architect-designed residential projects from commencement to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Health & Safety standards across all project sites.
Plan and manage the correct sequence of architectural, structural, civil and finishing works.
Manage project timelines, manpower, contractors and site coordination to achieve timely completion.
Drive material management and zero-wastage practices across projects.
Improve contractor productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation.
Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications and quality standards, minimising rework.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, vendors and site teams.




Develop and mentor site teams and build a solid second line of leadership.
Take complete responsibility for project progress, quality, cost, safety and handover.

Preferred Profile:
5–8 years of experience in residential construction.
Experience handling multiple residential projects simultaneously.
Should have managed projects from start to completion/handover.
Robust understanding of architectural and structural drawings and construction sequencing.
Experience in architect-designed / high-detail residential projects preferred.
Solid leadership, planning, contractor management and problem-solving skills.
