Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance professional to join our team as an Sr. Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA). This role is pivotal in driving financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing financial performance through robust planning, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities
Financial Planning Forecasting: Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions. Develop dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
Performance Analysis Reporting: Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, highlighting key variances and trends. Prepare and present insightful dashboards and management reports for leadership. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.
Business Partnering: Provide financial guidance and support to Operations and Onshore teams for strategic initiatives. Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects with data-driven recommendations.
Data Management Automation: Leverage tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Access,



and ERP systems to automate reporting and streamline processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
Ad-hoc Analysis Strategic Projects: Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities. Support MA evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Experience
CA/ CFA/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in FPA, preferably in IT/ ITES setup.
Robust financial modeling, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data visualization tools like Power BI is a must.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced setting.
