Role & responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media, advertisements, posters, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
Design hospital promotional materials, campaigns, announcements, and internal communication creatives.
Develop graphics according to brand guidelines and marketing requirements.
Edit and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop.
Create vector graphics, illustrations, logos, and creative layouts using Adobe Illustrator.
Create print-ready designs and layouts using CorelDRAW.
Resize and adapt designs for different social media platforms and digital formats.
Coordinate with the marketing and HR teams to understand design requirements.
Handle multiple design projects and complete them within deadlines.
Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and brand identity.
Make design revisions based on feedback.
Ensure designs are suitable for both digital and print usage.

Required Software Skills
Adobe Photoshop Mandatory
Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory
CorelDRAW – Mandatory
Basic knowledge of other design/video-editing tools will be an advantage.
