Role & responsibilities :
Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure solid business.
Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate or Post Graduate fresher & experienced.
Valuable communication & convincing skills is a must.
