Hiring for Salesforce CPQ Developer - Immediate Joiners Only

This full time role for a Salesforce Developer with mandatory CPQ skills is an on-site position located in Pune. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions. Day-to-day tasks include developing CPQ/RCA Solutions and developing Lightning Web Components, administering Salesforce.com, and collaborating with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
Provide hands-on design and development skills to the buildout and ongoing evolution of Avalaras Quote to Cash solution with an emphasis on Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ)
This role will be instrumental in designing, proposing, and developing solutions end-to-end by leveraging best practices, established and recommended, in building our scalable Quote-to-Cash solution
Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver robust solutions.
Validate Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, triggers, Apex classes, Lightning components,



and integrations.
Interacts with project managers to drive an optimized solution within known constraints
Manage and maintain a cooperative working relationship and consistently deliver high-quality services
Perform oversight, governance, and delivery of Salesforce projects

Requirements
Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development
Experience with Lightning Web Components
Skills in Salesforce.com Administration
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Solid communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus
Experience in project management is a plus
