Job description:
Conduct psychological assessments and counselling sessions for patients.
Provide emotional support and counselling to patients and attendants.
Handle stress, anxiety, depression and adjustment-related concerns.
Support patients during hospitalization and treatment journey.
Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for patient care plans.
Maintain patient counselling records and documentation.
Conduct behavioural and therapeutic interventions as required.
Provide counselling support for chronic illness and critical care patients.
Maintain confidentiality and follow hospital policies.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management Reporting Manager from time to time.
