As an intern, you will work closely with our sales and client-success team to support lead follow-ups, client onboarding, and preparation of technical documentation for Global Talent Visa clients. You will use email, calls, and messaging tools to communicate with prospects and clients, and help maintain accurate records in shared trackers.

The internship is designed for freshers who want to start their career in sales, client management, and qualified documentation. You will learn how to handle real sales conversations, manage client workflows, and create structured, high-quality documents for a premium consulting service.

Role & responsibilities
Ensure all cases are delivered on time within the stipulated scope.
Lead the planning and delivery of cases
Speak to prospective clients and explain the Global talent visa processes
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of cases
Manage client relationships and ensure zero complaints
