Client Servicing Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute ATL/BTL campaigns and activations, ensuring brand objectives are met with precision and creativity
Handle end-to-end delivery of Events, Expos, and Exhibitions, coordinating all stakeholders from brief to post-event closure
Oversee Stall Fabrication and Booth setups, working closely with design and production teams to deliver on-brand, on-time builds
Plan and execute Weddings, Ceremonies, and Live Entertainment projects, managing client expectations and vendor ecosystems seamlessly
Drive Conference, AGM, and Corporate Event mandates with robust process control, timely communication, and flawless execution
Lead Business Development efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive outreach to build a solid prospect pipeline
Focus on Client Conversion and Client Retention,



nurturing relationships from first pitch through to repeat business
Manage Key Accounts with a strategic mindset, ensuring high satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and long-term engagement
Own Revenue Generation targets, tracking pipeline health and closing deals in line with monthly and quarterly goals
Maintain thorough Documentation Control proposals, contracts, briefs, post-event reports, and client correspondence
