Role & responsibilities

Officer HR & Administration
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Coordinate joining formalities, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
Support payroll inputs, statutory compliance, PF/ESI documentation, and employee advantages administration.
Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and general employee relations.
Assist in performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Manage day-to-day office administration, including housekeeping, security, transportation, facilities, and general office requirements.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers and maintain relevant bills, agreements, and administrative records.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies, procedures, workplace standards, and applicable labour regulations.
Prepare HR/Admin reports and MIS and provide regular updates to management.




Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and other HR requirements.
Perform other HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the HR department, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Generalist in manufacturing unit or as Plant HR.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave management, and HR operations.
Basic knowledge of payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and HR policies will be preferred.
Positive communication, interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS will be an added advantage.
Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages and interact confidently with employees across different levels and backgrounds.
Robust verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multilingual workplace communication.
