We are looking for a proactive and hands-on administration executive to manage day-to-day office and corporate cafeteria operations. The role will coordinate with employees, vendors, cafeteria and housekeeping teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth and productive workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day cafeteria operations, including breakfast, lunch and Hi-Tea services.
Support cafeteria operations in food ordering, inventory monitoring and stock planning.
Coordinate with cafeteria teams to ensure timely service, portion control, food quality and hygiene standards.
Handle employee feedback related to cafeteria services and coordinate corrective actions.
Support a positive, respectful and cooperative working setting among ground-level teams.
Monitor office facilities and supervise housekeeping activities.




Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance, groceries, fresh produce, pantry, stationery and other routine requirements.
Monitor inventory and raise purchase requests to prevent stock-outs and operational disruptions.
Verify vendor deliveries and challans against received quantities and inventory records.
