Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Audio-Video (AV) and Zoom, Webex, Google Meet,Ms Team Specialist. The role involves managing enterprise Audio Video virtual conferencing systems,providing end-user support for Zoom meetings/webinars. Basic network knowledge alsoshould be mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Audio-Video Zoom Management:
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Audio-Video systems (conference rooms,projectors, microphones, speakers, displays).
Act as the primary administrator for Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, and Webinars.
Handle the real-time technical support for virtual and hybrid meetings.
Ensure high-quality AV performance and minimal downtime.

Documentation & Training:
Prepare user manuals, FAQs, and knowledge-base documentation for AV/Zoom for

the day to day conference conducted
Maintain compliance and audit-ready records of AV infrastructureRole & responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Education:





Bachelors Degree / Diploma in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience:
2–5 years of experience in managing AV systems and video conferencing tools.
- Hands-on experience with Zoom administration (Meetings, Rooms, Webinars).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with AV hardware (projectors, speakers, displays, microphones).
Zoom, Google Meet and Webex administration (user management, troubleshooting,
reporting).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google apps.
Basic network management

Soft Skills:
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Having positive command of languages like English and Hindi
Quick learner for the current technology in the field of Video conferencing systems.
