Job Title: Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) / GL 30

Role Summary

Seeking a senior Forward Deployed Engineer who combines hands-on software engineering, AI/ML, solution architecture, and client-facing consulting. The candidate will work directly with healthcare clients to identify business problems, design AI-powered solutions, build prototypes, and deploy scalable production solutions.

Mandatory Skills
8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI/ML model deployment.
Experience building AI applications, LLM workflows, AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation.
Solid Python/modern programming and API development experience.
Experience with cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Robust knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, APIs, and data integration.
Experience in solution architecture/design and taking solutions from prototype to production.
7+ years of consulting/advisory or client-facing experience.




Robust stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience leading client discovery, solution design, and delivery engagements.
Hands-on experience with AI productivity/coding tools such as Codex, Claude, or similar tools.

Preferred
Healthcare payer/provider experience.
Knowledge of claims, utilization management, clinical workflows, revenue cycle, or member experience.
Healthcare data, regulatory, and interoperability knowledge.
Masters degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
