Role & responsibilities
Generate and secure recent business for Security and Facility Management Services as per annual targets.
Identify recent opportunities, generate leads, maintain prospect databases, and ensure market penetration.
Meet clients, understand requirements, conduct site surveys, prepare proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
Monitor competitor activities and maintain robust market knowledge.
Manage bids and tenders, including risk analysis, commercial calculations, pre-qualifications, and resource budgeting.
Evaluate vendor technical and financial proposals as required.
Ensure timely completion of client agreements and proper handover to the Planning & Operations teams.
Maintain sales process discipline and submit timely MIS reports.
Conduct weekly sales reviews and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
Participate in industry events and marketing activities to strengthen business relationships.

Preferred candidate profile
Idle candidate should have qualified MBA Marketing with relevant experience.
Having positive communication skills and able to travel with in the city.
