The Role:
As a US IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Ideal Profile:




The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively identify and engage with potential candidates.
Experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Understanding of IT roles and technologies.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation skills.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
