Jobs Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, estimation, billing, contracts, and commercial activities for real estate and construction projects. The candidate will work closely with project, design, and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets.
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare and evaluate contractor and subcontractor quotations.
Manage project billing, RA bills, measurements, and certification.
Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial performance.
Review and negotiate rates, contracts, and subcontractor agreements.
Track material quantities, wastage, and cost implications.
Verify work completed at site against approved drawings and BOQs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and control project expenditure.
Prepare variation statements, reconciliation statements, and final accounts.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, procurement,



and project teams.
Maintain accurate commercial and cost-control records.
Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration activities.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree/diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in real estate/residential/commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, billing, rate analysis, and cost control.
Valuable understanding of construction materials, specifications, and contracts.
Proficiency in MS Excel and quantity-surveying/estimation software; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Solid analytical, negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
