Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve assigned allocation for Liner Products
Attend and actively participate in planned sales calls and customer meetings to generate new business prospects, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth and maintain CRM .
Identify and target potential clients within the shipping and freight forwarding sector to build a robust sales pipeline.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, pricing, and customer needs.
Coordinate with operations, documentation, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
Strong understanding of Shipping / Sales & Marketing principles, including lead generation techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
