Job Summary:

This role will be responsible for managing the sales operations framework, sales pipeline, forecasting, MIS, CRM discipline, dealer coordination and sales analytics.

The ideal candidate should be highly organised, analytical and commercially oriented, with the ability to convert sales data into actionable information for management.
The role will work closely with the Sales Director, NSMs, RSMs, dealers/distributors, Product & Clinical Applications, R&D;, Production, Logistics and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Planning & Forecasting
Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts from the sales team and dealers.
Track target vs. actual sales performance.
Prepare product-wise, region-wise, territory-wise and salesperson-wise forecasts.
Monitor pipeline coverage and identify sales gaps.
Prepare rolling sales forecasts for management review.
Documentation reports from sales network
