Role & responsibilities
Manage day-to-day welding shop production and achieve production targets.
Monitor welding processes, parameters, machines, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot welding defects and reduce rejection/rework.
Improve productivity, cycle time, quality, and process efficiency.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.
Prepare and maintain process documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and continuous improvement activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of MIG/MAG, TIG, Spot/Resistance welding.
Knowledge of welding fixtures, drawings, and welding symbols.
Basic knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, and problem-solving tools.
Hands-on experience in weld shop/manufacturing workplace.
Valuable communication and troubleshooting skills.

Experience: 27 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing
