Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with solid hands-on experience in GenAI, agentic AI, LLMs, cloud-native engineering, and solution architecture. The role involves designing, building, evaluating, and deploying production-grade AI solutions and working with business and technical stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
5+ years of solid Python or equivalent programming experience.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Solid knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and model deployment.
Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents, LLM workflows, copilots, and intelligent automation.
Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and AI solutions.
Experience with AI evaluation frameworks, evaluation datasets, scoring/rubrics, agent-performance testing, and failure-mode analysis.
Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in cloud environments, particularly Azure.




Proficiency in modern development frameworks, APIs, and data integration.
Advanced knowledge and experience with AI-DLC (AI Development Lifecycle).
Strong solution architecture and system design experience.
Ability to structure ambiguous business/technical problems into actionable solutions.
Experience leading client discovery, solution design, and delivery.
Solid stakeholder management skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Ability to take AI solutions from prototype through production deployment.

Preferred Skills
Masters degree in AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
React / NextJS experience.
Healthcare data, regulatory, and interoperability knowledge.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) or enterprise Marketing Technology platforms.
