Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end contracts & procurement for carpentry, door fittings, furniture, carpets and related finishing packages.
Handle tendering, techno-commercial evaluation, vendor negotiation and finalisation.
Prepare/manage WO/PO, BOQ, Comparative Statements, NFAs and variation/amendment orders.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Project, Procurement, Billing and Site teams.
Manage vendor coordination, commercial closure and contractual compliance.
Use SAP/ERP and Excel for BOQ/rate validation, WO tracking and reporting.

Must-Have
4+ years relevant experience in Construction/Real Estate/EPC.
BE/B.Tech – Civil/Relevant Engineering.
Hands-on experience in Contracts/Procurement/Commercial.
Experience in Carpentry / Door Fittings / Furniture / Finishing packages.
Solid BOQ, tendering, vendor negotiation and WO/PO experience.
SAP/ERP + Excel knowledge.
60%+ in 10th & 12th.
