Position: Analyst/ Process Expert- Night Shift Role

Job Summary/ Job Prospect:

This is an excellent chance for a Analyst to deliver insurers with aggregating and analyzing insurance loss runs and exposure data to clients, thus contributing to our insurance ecosystem

Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities:
Understand end-to-end insurance business
Analyse and input data into systems / databases
Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client
Reconciliations of accounts
Support the team by processing various tasks in the policy life cycle
Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements
Productivity
Turn-around-time
Accuracy
Timely maintenance of the various work trackers

Key Capabilities and Competencies

Knowledge
Nuanced understanding of the insurance industry, its key market players, business, and economic considerations, etc.
Ability to apply insurance knowledge in day-today situations, processes, client interactions and potential needs/issues.
Proficient knowledge of various insurance products and lines of businesses, thus being able to guide team members on specific queries.




In-depth knowledge of the clients competition, challenges, strengths, etc. in specific markets such as US/ANZ/UK/AME.
Assist in sensitizing the team on cultural and regional difference to better facilitate client interactions.
Awareness and implementation of insurance regulatory requirements applicable to the area of work.

Skills
Graduates or post-graduates
1 to 4 years of property and casualty insurance experience
Valuable written and verbal communication, and a team player
Comfortable with Night Shifts
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the organizations values
Analyzes and synthesizes information/makes decisions based on policies
Responsible and dedicated to meet the clients expectations
Plans tasks and organizes own work
Prioritizes tasks in order of importance
Keeps the team informed about work-related activities
