We are hiring HR Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.

Healthcare / Hospital recruitment experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely submission of suitable profiles.
Achieve sourcing and recruitment closure targets.

Mandatory Requirements:
2+ years of HR Recruitment experience.
Mandatory experience in Healthcare / Hospital recruitment.
Solid candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Valuable communication and candidate coordination skills.
Ability to work with recruitment targets.
Willingness to work from office at Kudlu Gate, Bangalore.
Candidate must be available for direct walk-in interview.
Female candidates preferred.
