Role & Responsibilities
Build and scale the India Engineering organization as a key part of global R&D; and product innovation.
Lead engineering teams through solid senior managers and technical leaders.
Partner with US-based Engineering, Product and AI leadership on strategy, architecture and execution.
Drive products from development to customer adoption and scale.
Provide technical direction across software, cloud, data and AI.
Own execution, engineering quality, reliability and operational excellence.
Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, innovation and customer impact.

Preferred Candidate Profile
18+ years of engineering/technology experience with significant leadership experience.
Experience as Head/VP/Director of Engineering, Site Leader or equivalent.
US experience MANDATORY,



including meaningful exposure to US teams and stakeholders.
Startup experience at scale MANDATORY, with experience building substantial products and achieving customer, product and revenue scale.
Experience across both large organizations and high-growth startups/scale-ups.
Solid software engineering and product architecture foundation.
Practical exposure to AI, LLMs, Generative AI and/or agentic systems.
Proven ability to build teams, develop leaders and handle complex people situations.
Solid product/business judgment and global communication skills.
Experience scaling an India R&D; / Product Engineering organization is highly relevant.
