Role Description Key Responsibilities
Get pricing from distributors (Redington, Ingram, iValue and others) and OEMs, including special and deal-specific pricing
Maintain and update the internal price book across all product lines




Deliver pricing to the pre-sales team on time: same day for standard items, within 48 hours for special pricing
Handle deal registrations, partner portal work, renewals and compliance paperwork
Manage vendor escalations, pricing discrepancies and license or order issues
Track partner programs, incentives and certification requirements
Coordinate purchase orders and license provisioning with distributors

Requirements
2–4 years' experience at an IT distributor, on a reseller's commercial desk, or in partner operations
Working knowledge of software licensing (Microsoft CSP, Google Workspace, Adobe VIP, Zoho or similar)
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, price comparisons)
Organised and detail-oriented, with transparent written communication
Familiarity with OEM partner portals is a strong plus
