Provide Support in Linux Servermanagement and cloud. To work on Incidents and Outages, Support Oncalls & customer calls
Independently plan and handle assigned tasks
Collaborate with other teams in providing solutions to end customer and drive the issues until closure.
Knowledge ITSM - Handling Incident, Service, Change, and Problem management
Solid oral and written communication skills with a positive can-do & self-starter attitude
Managing & maintaining SUSE Servers
Managing IBM, DELL, Lenovo Fujitsu and HP HANA appliance servers.
Building/reimages SUSE Linux servers in both physical and virtual environment.
Managing Linux virtual machines that are configured in ESX environments.
Providing Level 3 supports to the customers.
Managing the Antivirus setting.
Patching and OS upgrades on SUSE servers
Exposure on DNS,NFS, Samba, FTP, LDAP, NTP, Email services.
Knowledge on SAN or NAS workplace.
Knowledge on RAID, LVM.
