About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically strong Software Engineer Backend to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have solid fundamentals in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and hands-on experience developing backend applications using Java or Python.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.
Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code using Java or Python.
Apply strong Data Structures & Algorithms knowledge to solve complex technical problems.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Work with databases and optimize queries and application performance.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Collaborate with frontend engineers,



product managers, QA, and other stakeholders.
Contribute to system design, technical discussions, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Write unit tests and ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Stay updated with relevant backend technologies and engineering practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of skilled software development experience.
Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.
Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Experience building or working with backend applications/APIs.
Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Good knowledge of software development and debugging practices.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and collaboration skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with Spring Boot or equivalent backend frameworks.
Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP or cloud-based applications.
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
