Role & responsibilities
Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and X.
Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn video) from concept to publish.
Turn topics like pre-IPO investing, ESOP liquidity and company valuations into straightforward, scroll-stopping content.
Write hooks, captions and post copy that are sharp, accurate and on-brand.
Run outbound LinkedIn, Youtube, X and Instagram DM's for potential collaborations
Monitor and analyze social media and campaign performance.
Keep testing new formats, trends and platform features, and scale the ones that deliver.

Must-Haves
Social Media Content that you have produced, Applications without one will not be considered.
Hands-on skill in Canva or Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or or Figma.
Solid written English. You can write a hook that makes people stop scrolling.
Discipline for repetitive outbound: personalizing messages, following up and tracking.
Comfort with basic metrics and turning them into decisions.

Valuable to Have
Interest in stock markets, startups or personal finance.
Internship experience in social media, content or growth.
