Role

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centres and generate business through patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, finance teams, and patient coordinators.
Visit hospitals regularly and promote CarePals healthcare financing solutions.
Identify patients who need financial support and generate leads.




Explain medical loan and crowdfunding options to patients and their families.
Support patients with documentation and the application process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely lead conversion.
Track leads, referrals, conversions, and disbursals.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Healthcare, Fintech, Insurance, or Financial Services.
Positive communication and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
Basic knowledge of CRM and digital tools.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
