Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, RBI, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations governing NBFCs.
Manage Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, resolutions, and statutory records.
Handle ROC filings, statutory registers, annual filings, and other regulatory submissions with in prescribed timelines.
Monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact, and implement necessary compliance measures.
Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, regulators, and externalstakeholders on compliance and governance matters.
Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments to strengthen the organization's regulatory framework
