Role & responsibilities
2+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementations.
Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM / PPM modules.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Required.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Required.
Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM/PPM (preferred).
ITIL v3/v4, Protected, or Agile certifications are a plus.

Technical Expertise
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration:
Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts
UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer
Performance Analytics and Reporting
Integrations and data transformations
Experience supporting Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models in ServiceNow.

Soft Skills & Leadership
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and executives.
Experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and portfolio governance forums.
