Support the Solar O&M; team by preparing Daily Generation Reports (DGRs), MIS reports, SCADA-based performance monitoring, client documentation, and operational data analysis.

Responsibilities
Monitor string-level performance through SCADA and identify generation abnormalities
Prepare and validate Daily Generation Reports (DGRs)
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards
Maintain plant-wise performance records, trackers, and historical data
Validate SCADA data against generation records and highlight discrepancies
Prepare and maintain client reports and O&M; documentation
Coordinate with site engineers and the Technical Analyst for data collection and issue resolution
Support internal teams with client deliverables and operational reports
Maintain accurate documentation and report repositories
Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers,



and templates

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or equivalent
Basic understanding of solar power plant operations
Basic knowledge of SCADA is an advantage

Skills
MS Excel - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, and basic formulas
Strong analytical and data validation skills
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines
Positive coordination and organizational skills
