Must know about quality system.
Expert in trouble shooting.
Valuable knowledge about extrusion process, Tool calculation/Curing Calculation.
Deep knowledge about insulation process and compound handling.
Safety, Quality, Continue Machine improvement with recent ideas.
Training to operators about process.
Able to operate line by self if need
