The Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for developing and executing CI strategies, driving process quality and capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement frameworks across the GSC network (the Maersk Way).
Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites.
Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.
Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on current enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.
Identify automation opportunities across processes.
