Mode: Hybrid
Role: Performance Test & Benchmarking Engineer
Key Responsibilities / Skills:
Performance testing and benchmarking
Load and stress testing
Performance baseline and regression benchmark design
Tools: pgbench, HammerDB, JMeter, and custom workload replay
Statistical analysis of performance results
Latency percentile analysis
Before/after performance comparison and reporting
Baseline metrics collection
Significant: This is a distinct Performance Testing/Benchmarking role, not a DBA role. We are specifically looking for candidates with solid experience in test design, performance analysis, benchmarking, and statistics, rather than database engine internals.
