We are looking for an experienced Quantity Controller to join our Projects / Construction team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of construction activities, quantity measurement, BOQ, material reconciliation, and site-level quantity control.

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and verifying quantities executed at site, ensuring that materials and works are in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and quality requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities
Solid technical knowledge of construction works , including civil, structural, architectural, and MEP-related activities.
Good knowledge of finishing works , including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, doors/windows, joinery, and other architectural finishes.
Knowledge of material specifications, identification, and quality requirements as per approved drawings, BOQ, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Ability to identify and verify construction materials, grades, sizes, quantities, and specifications used at site.
Understanding of BOQ,



quantity take-off, measurements, rate analysis, and reconciliation of materials and quantities.
Ability to check quantities executed at site against approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ .
Knowledge of material consumption, wastage control, and reconciliation .
Ability to coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, procurement, stores, and project management teams to ensure accurate quantity control.
Familiarity with shop drawings, construction drawings, material submittals, and method statements .
Positive knowledge of Excel and quantity-surveying/measurement software is preferred.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
