Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and manage KALT's distributor and dealer network.
Generate recent leads through cold calling, market visits, references and networking.
Regularly visit hotels, restaurants, QSRs, cafs, cloud kitchens, caterers, bakeries, commercial kitchens, retailers and other potential customers.
Build relationships with owners, chefs, purchase managers, F&B; managers, consultants and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable KALT refrigeration solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to quotation, negotiation, order closure and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline in the CRM, including leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, opportunities and customer feedback.
Track competitor activities,



market trends and customer requirements and share relevant market feedback with management.
Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, production, dispatch, service and payment follow-ups.
Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned customers, territory and sales targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline; Sales/Marketing/Engineering background is an advantage.
14 years of experience in B2B, HORECA, commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, food-service equipment or related industries preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving licence and ability to ride a two-wheeler are mandatory.
Knowledge of commercial refrigeration or kitchen equipment will be an added advantage.
