Roles & Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.
Monitor patient conditions, record vital signs, and update medical charts regularly.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by physicians.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
Maintain patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
Handle emergency situations calmly and follow proper protocols.
Ensure proper documentation and handover during shift changes.
Follow infection control practices and maintain a clean, protected work workplace.
Educate patients and their families on care plans, medications, and post-treatment instructions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth patient care.

Preferred Candidate Profile
GNM B.Sc Nursing M.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
Freshers or experienced candidates can apply (experience preferred for critical care areas).
Positive communication skills and patient-handling ability.
Knowledge of nursing protocols, basic medical equipment, and hospital procedures.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Compassionate, responsible, and dedicated to patient care.
