Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and grievance handling.
Drive performance management and talent development initiatives.
Oversee HR operations, HRMS, and employee lifecycle activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Support payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and organizational development.
