Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial assessment, examination, and documentation for all IPD/OPD patients.
Provide immediate medical attention to emergency and critical patients.
Conduct routine rounds and monitor patient condition, vitals, and progress.
Update patient records, maintain accurate clinical notes, and ensure timely charting.
Attend and manage medical, surgical, and trauma emergencies.
Perform basic and advanced life-saving procedures (as per protocols).
Stabilize patients and coordinate with specialists for further management.
Perform procedures such as IV cannulation, suturing, catheterization, NG tube insertion, etc.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per consultant orders.
Assist in minor procedures and prepare patients for surgery if required.
