Role & responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day production activities and meet production targets.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Operate or assist with production machinery and equipment after proper training.
Perform basic quality checks and ensure products meet required specifications.
Maintain accurate production records, checklists, and reports.
Follow workplace safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
Support supervisors and production operators in improving productivity and reducing waste.
Participate in training programs and learn manufacturing processes and technologies.
Maintain 5S standards and a clean, organized work area.
Preferred candidate profile
Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality concepts.
Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Willingness to learn and work in a production setting.
