As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Telecalling
Handle inbound and Outbound calls for lead generation
Update and manage client data at CRM
Followup on enquiries and Pending payments
Support Sales team
