Observability Platform
MUST HAVE:
6 + years of hands-on experience with Recent Relics observability platform.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to observability data collection, visualization, and alerting.
Best practices in observability and APM (Application Performance Monitoring - Java / NodeJS / .Net / Python).
Robust understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud environments. (Custom Instrumentation )
Familiarity with Real User Monitoring (RUM), Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analysis.
Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of observability tools.
GOOD TO HAVE:
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
DevOps experience will be an added advantage .
New Relic certification (e.g.,



Current Relic Certified Performance Pro).
Knowledge of container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) and serverless computing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance monitoring, logging, and tracing capabilities.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with other observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or Prometheus).
