Position: Sales & Marketing Engineer

Department: Production / Operations

Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore, Chennai (Each Location – 1 person)

Salary Range: Negotiable

Experience: 1– 3 Years

Gender: Male

Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Key Responsibilities

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.

 Promote and sell cutting tools such as carbide inserts, end mills, drills, taps, reamers,

tool holders, etc.

 Visit manufacturing units, machine shops, OEMs, and industrial customers.

 Provide technical support and product recommendations based on customer

applications.

 Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

 Maintain solid relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

 Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing,



and industry trends.

 Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups.

 Prepare sales reports and submit regular updates to management.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

 Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 0.6 – 2 years of experience in cutting tools / industrial tooling sales.

 Robust knowledge of machining processes (turning, milling, drilling, CNC operations).

 Good communication and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work independently and meet targets.

 Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
