As a Marketing Lead:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and manage marketing programs for the company. The programs should support business development objectives, help lead acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support and advance brand building.

Responsibilities:
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
Market through various channels, primarily digital and segment databases working with large data sets
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, brand recognition, social media engagement,



and overall business development
Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
Build a sound team of Sales & Marketing, with transparent laid performance KPI's.
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

Requirements:
Proven track record in marketing, preferably in B2B businesses.
In-depth comprehension and insights of the marketing and agency network ecosystem.
Robust analytical thinking, ability to create test and learn plans, measure incremental results, identify opportunities.
Proactive in recognizing current ideas and bringing them
