Install, align, and test antennas, feeder cables, microwave links, and other telecom equipment on towers and rooftops.
Can perform work at height activities
Knowledge of 2G, 3G,4G,5G
Perform rigging, lifting, and hoisting tasks for telecom hardware installation.
Ensure proper routing, grounding, and termination of feeder and fiber optic cables.
Conduct site surveys and provide accurate reports regarding tower condition and installation feasibility.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tower-mounted equipment.
Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards during tower climbing and rigging activities.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inspection of rigging tools, climbing gear, and safety equipment.
Support engineers and project managers in completing telecom installation projects within deadlines.
Prepare daily work reports and submit site completion documents.
