About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our luxury jewellery showroom. You will handle clients, understand their requirements, present jewellery, follow up with enquiries and convert showroom visits into sales.

Key Responsibilities
Handle showroom and online customer enquiries.
Understand client needs, preferences and budget.
Present and explain jewellery designs and craftsmanship.
Follow up with prospective clients.
Build solid client relationships and generate repeat business.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain a premium customer experience.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent Hindi and valuable spoken English.
Confident, well-presented and customer-focused.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, hospitality or premium sales is preferred.
