About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and confident English Communication & Personality Development Trainer to enhance employees’ communication skills and professional presence. This role focuses on training individuals to improve language proficiency, workplace behavior, and confidence in client-facing situations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure employees are well-prepared for professional interactions and represent the organization effectively.

Work Location: Chennai – Navalur

Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Patience and adaptability in teaching diverse learners.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance.
Confidence in preparing employees for skilled client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training sessions on English communication and personality development.
Prepare employees for client-facing interactions, improving confidence and qualified demeanor.
Design and administer assessments to track language proficiency and personality improvement.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.
