About the role We're a digital agency building tech products and running marketing projects for clients. We're looking for an Associate Project Manager to own delivery on client projects end-to-end, from requirement clarity through to release, working closely with designers, developers, and QA. What you'll do Own project execution in Zoho Projects: task assignment, sprint planning, status tracking Understand the business problem behind each project well enough to catch gaps in requirements before they reach the team Confirm dependencies and screens exist before assigning work, not after Communicate proactively with clients, acknowledging and progressing requests without being chased Coordinate across design, development,



and QA to keep a project moving without constant escalation What we're looking for 2 years of experience, ideally at a smaller tech company or agency Comfortable owning both the delivery side (timelines, task tracking) and the requirements side (understanding what's actually being asked for) Explicit, proactive written and verbal communication Familiarity with Zoho Projects or similar project management tools a plus, not mandatory What we value Culture and communication matter as much as technical skill here. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and can be trusted to run a project without needing to be micromanaged.
